GULF OF OMAN (Sept. 18, 2008) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 2nd Class Herbert Smith, from Long Beach, Calif., uses a tractor to transfer an SH-60F Sea Hawk assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 4 to the "Helo-hold" on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
